Useful inboxes and named contacts are kept; press, editorial, and function addresses that aren’t for renters are left out.

Precise by design
- Municipal landlord-list pages count as real sources — but a municipal domain never blanket-approves every address.
- A Gmail or Outlook address is fine when it’s clearly listed as a landlord contact.
- Student-only housing is excluded unless the provider also rents to the general public.
- Editorial and newsroom inboxes are filtered out.
