KVITT terms of use

Updated · 2026-10-24

The practical terms for using KVITT, saving receipts and managing an optional Pro subscription.

The service

KVITT is operated by William Wigertz Wåhlström through Bruket in Sweden. Contact william@bruket.co for support or questions about these terms. KVITT helps you record purchases and understand spending patterns. It is not a bank, accounting service or financial adviser.

Receipt recognition, product classification and pattern estimates can be wrong. Review and correct results, and keep original receipts when you need them for returns, warranties, tax or accounting. KVITT does not guarantee that its records replace legally required documents.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in credentials safe and upload only information you are entitled to use. You retain rights to your receipts and entries; you permit KVITT and its necessary providers to process them to deliver the features you request. Optional AI processing has a separate, revocable consent control.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files or abuse the service. Technical file-size, request-rate and concurrent-processing limits apply even where there is no monthly scan allowance. We may restrict misuse or access necessary to protect other users, while respecting your statutory rights.

KVITT Pro and store billing

Pro is optional. The app’s Apple or Google purchase screen shows the actual subscription period, price, currency and any trial before you confirm. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store’s rules. No trial is promised unless it appears in that purchase screen.

Manage or cancel renewal in Apple or Google subscription settings. Restore purchases in KVITT using the store account that made the purchase. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer law. Deleting the app or your KVITT account does not cancel the subscription. Prices or terms may change only with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law.

Privacy, availability and ending use

The KVITT privacy policy describes local storage, cloud providers, retention and deletion. You can stop using the app at any time and delete the account in settings or request deletion from the account-deletion page without installing the app.

Network or provider outages can delay scanning, synchronisation and subscription verification. Unsynced local purchases or photos may be lost if you remove app data. We work to correct faults but do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect recognition.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Swedish law applies subject to any mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact us first about a problem; you can also consult your local consumer authority or a competent dispute-resolution body.

Material changes will be described before they take effect where notice is required. The date on this page identifies the current version.
